Quick reminder please - what size wood do we need to use for perches and how high from the ground?

Also advice on size and design of next boxes would be great.

They are all going inside an existing outhouse which was originally an outside privvy!  Toilet and handbasin have been removed!

I have used two old stair handrails for mine and they are about a foot off the floor and for nest boxes used two draws out of a old draw divan and all my girls love them.
