Think my corriander has gone to seed it has little white flowers on it...what do i do with it??

Chop them off, eat them, and water and feed the plants - you may get them to produce more usable leaves but I haven't found a variety yet which doesn't run to seed way earlier than you would like it to.

You could alternatively leave them and eventually harvest and use the coriander seed, but that's too much faff for me!

If you like the taste of coriander leaves in your curry/stir fry/paella type dish, you'll love the flavour of the seeds. Add them green and fresh to your oil when yu are frying garlic, onion etc, like you would with, say, mustard seed.
The plants sown earlier in the Spring tend to produce more leaf before going to seed. Successional rowing is best if leaves are preferred as the plants grow easily and quickly for a long period.
