Hi, iim new to allotmenting and was just wondering if I don't want all of the 56 ps plants I have!!!  can I eat them as they are now? without having sprouted ie/ just the plant leaves. Was wanting to have a stir fry tomorrow night and wondered if I could make use of my excess plants? Thanks
