my cabbage an cauli seedling leaves are all going brown from the bottom..top leaves not so bad any ideas please

Are they in the sun, getting too hot and scorching ?

hmmm possibly..outside though

Make sure they are in a little light shade and water them well.  They can dry out too much in the sun so give them a plunge to make sure the root ball is wet.  Watering from above will not wet compost that is dried out.
