Pepino Plants
« on: June 29, 2008, 13:04 »
Hey,

I have 3 Pepino Plants and they are in flower. I was wondering when and how they set their fruit?

Do they fruit like Peppers/Aubergenes where they will get a swelling at the back of the flower and the flower drops off and your fruit develops? Or are the flowers just an indication that there might be fruit coming?

Do i need to pollonate them?

Thanks

Mike

What are them, mike? If they are what I think they are, you got them as plants and are fruitwise like peppers, never grown them, so can't be much more help really, just nosy and curious. :)

There are three signs of old age. The first is your loss of memory, the other two I forget.
