Would you use these for your raised beds?

I've been offered a load of decking boards from an old Pier on the south coast and was thinking of using them to build up some borders & beds. However, I was thinking that they'd been subjected to over a hundred years of sea spray. Any thoughts on whether it would be a bad idea to use them because of the salt in the wood?    Don't want to poison my soil eh.

or grow asparagus in them 

Lucky you - they'll be fine.  We will, however, need pictures of them when complete !
