hi guys and gals can you help please, my brocolli has been in now since mid summer and its looking pretty dam good! i have four plants, but the thing is they are now the size of a small football and this morning i noticed that there are some tiny tiny little brown bits on them,i did want to keep them for Christmas dinner to pick fresh in the morning of!  so what i am asking is wiil they last? do i need to get them now and freeze? or if i pick some will i get new ones through in time,thanks

Sorry   to  let  you  down,   If  you want  the brocolli   becide  the  turkey,  be best  to  pick  blanch  and  freeze  now  before  you loose them.   Michael

You might get some smaller spikes grow in time for Christmas, as these come once the main head has been removed
