We were so excited because MH brought her chicks back to roost with the rest of the flock last night.  We were shocked to find a huge egg in her nest box this morning.  Now we know why she wanted back in there!  She managed to keep those stonking big chicks off of it too!  Excellent turn around for five weeks!  :happy:

That is quick, I have had one start laying with 6 week old chicks before but it does make feeding a bit awkward.
