What do you experts think?

It's hard to tell at that stage really, sprouts tend to have rounder leaves.

Whatever they are didn't make much and yes, they've run to seed.

When were they planted?

I don't think they're sprouters, there's nothing apart from the central flower.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Do you think i should leave them and see what happens or dig em up n compost them. I,m not stuck for room but if they,ve gone past it no point keepin em i guess.

Whatever they were October is too late to be planting brassicas.

They may as well come up, they're not going to make anything now.

I never can spell broccoli. ::)

Neither can I, although I find that knowing that 'broccoli' is the plural of the Italian word 'broccolo' helps - so mouthing 'broccoli' in an Italian accent when writing it down usually keeps the spelling correct.

Or I usually spell it the wrong way then check and change it! :D I'll try and remember that trick though. ;)

I always have to remember to insert two C's as well, particularly as the veg was named after Cubby Broccoli, the original producer of the James Bond movies.

I can't help thinking your pic looks like bolted pak choi or something like that.
Have you tried nibbling the flower? It's likely edible! Are the leaves tough and bitter? If not...stir fry!
