Minorcan Chickens
« on: June 14, 2010, 17:58 »
Hi all,

Think I've got the spelling right. My little Olive has been sat on a dozen eggs for almost two weeks now, and I've been told that 3 of the eggs (pure white ones) are from a Minorcan hen. I think they will probably hatch as they're getting really heavy, but wondered if anyone knew anything about them, their nature etc. Thanks

:) Thanks Joyful, what an attractive looking chuck, plus one that likes people (and hopefully slugs)

having seen them at shows and auctions I can say they really are very striking with their huge oval white earlobes  :)
