makes about 16

40g butter
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 1/2 cups self raising flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup milk

bake in two 20cm round sandwich pans or a shallow small baking tray

beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy, beat in egg
stir in pumpkin then sufted dry ingredients and slowly add enough milk to make a soft sticky dough.  turn onto floured surface and knead lightly until smooth.

press dough out to 2cm thickness, then cut 5cm rounds out.

place rounds, just touching, in greased pan(s) and brush with milk

Bake in very hot oven for 15 minutes.

If he is confusing those two whoppers for boobies (mine or the rest of womankind) he is in for a life of disappointment

He looks crinkly because the light was in his eyes and he thinks posing on pumpkins is a bit camp really.

O/T - why is everything we grow so healthy    bring on a bit of genetic modification so we can sow some cadbury plants
