I'm planted the beetroot seeds and French dwarf beans for a second time when we had the heat wave but there was no show until now we have had rain now they are started to show will I get a crop or will they fall

You will probably get a baby beetroot crop at least.

It is late for french beans, but there is a chance. You might as well leave them and see how they do now that they are growing.
