Has the price of Cathedral City gone up?  £4.38 sounds a bit high.  Last year they went from 400g packs to 350g for the same price and in the same size packs. ::)

Mind you, I also have some in the freezer and am waiting for the buy one get two free offer.

I have noticed that on a lot of Bogoff offers that the price seems higher than when you have brought a single one recently.  You probably do same some money on a Bogoff but not as much as you would think.

The major area for this cheese is Northern Italy mainly Lombardi, in which Maggiori can found which will be why it tasted so good  :)

We were amazed at the 'Affi' supermarket, where they had an area about the same size as the bakery bits in a big shop, but just dedicated to hard cheese! The wheels of the various varieties were enormous, and of course, absolutely marvellous!

They cut it with huge saws Joy!

I couldn't drag myself away, and it needed Mrs Growster to dangle a bottle of Bardolino in front of me to get me to move...;0)
