I have quite an assortment of winter squash and they seem to be doing well.     Thing is, how will I know when to harvest them?  I have one Golden Nugget  (bush type) squash and a couple of Uchiki Kuri which are about five and a half inches across, and whilst I'm in no real hurry, the golden nugget has another growing over the top and I don't want it to be in the way of the smaller one.
