I can't make up my mind! Veggie curry or salmon from the freezer

I've decided on sweet chilli salmon on veggie rice - the curry will have to wait 'til tomorrow

There's some slow cooked piggy in the fridge, just trying to summon the energy to make something with it.  It's probably a good job there's no bread left, otherwise it would probably just be a sandwich.  :nowink:

Lasagne and half and half baguettes to go with.
Just made it and ready for tonight, so warm and sunny here will have it on the patio.

Tired people, so a freezer casserole (smells like beef with red wine and mushrooms) with mash and runners.

Got to work later - an evil shift of 4pm-11pm and that's assuming we finish on time  ::)

I'm going to do a mini roast lunch with chicken legs, roasties, yorkshires and veg to fuel me up for it :)

I'm thinking chinese for tonight - stir fried veg (peppers, carrot, mange touts (from freezer) and anything else suitable, special egg fried rice with french beans (from freezer) and onions and there is a bit of spicy sausage in the fridge, chicken thighs cooked with soy and star anise.  Should do - and easy to chuck together at the end of a lovely day playing out ....  but first I have to do a freezer dive

Picked a load of kale and made a creamy kale soup. Will be freezing loads too.

Roast beef and yorkshires.
Picked some spring greens, leeks, parsnips and some Maris piper from potato shed for roasties.
Frozen broad beans.
Bought swede.

More fresh picked rhubarb with custard.

I've just done a freezer dive (I am trying to focus on using what we have) and come up with another box of beef casserole and a bag of beans...  add some jacket spuds (also To Be Used) and we should be good.

I found more stock than I thought we had, so will have to give that some thought for the future ...   I want to make enough space for the ice cream .... ::)

It sounds lovely so why not  :)

Cold rhubarb crumble is one of my weaknesses.  Leftovers in the fridge are dangerous and often don't make it to teatime the next day

We had mackerel fillets and giant couscous, with lots of veg  :)
