Hi,

Apologies if you have come across this post before - I'm slowly working my way round as many poultry forums and groups as I can find, so for some of you there may be a degree of repetition.

I'm a vet student at Bristol Uni currently doing a Masters in Veterinary Parasitology.  My project is looking at worms in backyard/non-commercial flocks in the UK, and as part of it I have put together a questionnaire I'm trying to circulate as far and wide as I can (within Britain!).

If you are a chicken owner in the UK, it would be incredibly helpful to me if you could take a moment to fill it out - it should take no more than five minutes to complete - and the more responses I get the better, so please feel free to pass the link on to any other chicken keepers you know!

Hi Emma,

When you're in veterinary practice please let us know and we will add you to our list of "chicken friendly" vets

If you visit us from time to time you'll certainly learn a lot about what the most common problems are for back garden chicken keepers.  You might be able to give us some advice too
