Growing where only fungi grew before
« on: May 07, 2023, 17:00 »
I have a patch of land at the end of my garden, unused for many years. Apart from every weed known to man, it also produced a massive crop of puffballs. The soil looks like it has a large amount of white powder in it from years of fungal growth. Will it sustain things like peas and beans etc?

Should I do anything about the large fungi that are continuing to pop up around my newly planted beans etc? Do I just cut them off at ground level and ignore them?
