broad beans
« on: July 17, 2011, 17:37 »
any ideas why my broad bean seeds have gone brown, they are aguadulce, a few of the seeds are green in the pods but most are  brown on opening the pods. reckon they're old ? harvested too late ? pods themselves were normal green colour, not mouldy etc. just the seeds are brown inside. reckon ok to eat ? thanks for your help

Sounds like they are probably too old to eat, as they are brown when you sown them
