ok i got home reared chuck . home grown roasted veggies swede carrot , turnip , spuds .onions garlic   ( from a mate  )in olive oil and fresh chopped herbs , large cap mushrooms filled with  pepper and sage onion stuffing. yorkshire pud n winter greens ,  so whats yours today ,,,,,, n
still alive /............

Roast pork joint(gloucester old spot,yum),roast parsnips,carrots,potatoes.Cauliflower cheese,leeks in butter,peas(had to buy the cauliflour).SP had home made banana ice cream.

Roast JAs and celeriac, with passata and giant white greek beans - all from the plot.
Bought in - onions (didn't grow nearly enough last year :cry: ) and sausage.
Sort of cassoulet?

last night - lamb stew with carrots, kale and cabbage all fresh from the plot and potatoes (mashed) and garlic (in the stew) from store.  yum.

me buying onions too as my efforts were pathetic to say the least last year.
Gardening organically on chalky, stony soil.

today ist home made pizza .jade finishes school at 3 15 n we is making them ,,,,its gonna be ,,,,, i think ,,,,,, want summon mato cheese nonion peppers and a host of impossibles on hers , not unknown she wants custard and jelly

Wow denbo thats dead posh nosh.  You must be a good cook!!  never had crayfish tails.  Not a big fish eater myself.  The bones do my head in!!
