this isn't a latest update I'm afriad but a final one; when to see her this morning and she's died during the night, I hadn't put her back with the others, so it wasn't them, I think she just gave up fighting

thank you everybody, I am so gutted, for some-one who wasn't going to get too attached to her chooks, I'm doing a pretty good impression of some-one who's doing just that; it's just so gutting, she really looked like she was picking up, I was so chuffed with her  :cry:

hi,
it sounds like the red might has made her enemic, but as most chicken keepers know when they get ill they usually have a death wish and dont recover, but you could always try treating her asap and obviousely if there is no signs of improvement it would be better to put her out of her missery.  :cry:
