Liquid smoke

I've tried using this to make a barbecue sauce and am very pleased with the result.

It's not a chemical, it's actual smoke filtered through water and bottled. My chicken wings were fantastic after being marinated for 24 hours in my secret sauce.

Has anyone else used it?

I've never seen it for slae, tho would be interested to find some, as I love the taste of smoke. Do you mind me asking where you got it from Ice?

I've got a stove top smoker, but its a lot of hassel to try to use it for the odd chicken breast

I got it online from something like the American candy company, based in the UK. Others do it as well.

I use it, mostly for a shrimp & barley soup I make. Adds a lovely back flavour.
