Planning for potatoes
« on: September 28, 2009, 11:24 »
I've ordered 3 kg of earlies, and 3 kg of main crop from the allotment shop. How many 12 ft rows would I get from 3 kg, please. I know it sounds like an 11+ question, but I want to plan the ground for next year.

Depends on how big the seed pots are.

I found that Rocket seed spuds were very big compared to others.

Anyway. 3 and a bit I think from memory.
Top tip for camping....don't go.
