Not grown from seed before - seedlings are about 4 inches long and look like they could do with some horticultural viagra     - in other words, very floppy!
Do they need potting on again? They're in 5 inch square pots, 3 or 4 per pot.

If they are 4 inches long, they could go straight into their final positions. Dib a deep hole as deep as they are, pop the leek in, water it in and leave it be for about 6 months.

Thing is they are a bit early....are they indoors or outside.
If you're gonna plant them now surely you'll have summer leeks...is this what you intended?
I haven't even sown mine yet   cos i  transplant them into the bed that the early spuds are dug out of...and the spuds ain't even in yet

For ordinary kitchen use sow seed outdoors in spring when the soil is workable and warm enough to permit germination – for all but warm and sheltered areas this means mid March or later. Transplant the seedlings in June.

Oh dear - guess I'm a bit too impatient. I do have a seed bed ready that I've just sown carrots, beets & parsnips into - they are just very thin, not even as thick as a small chive, more like a blade of grass.
they are inside on my windowsill, I could move them out to my plastic greenhouse to harden off a bit - think they'll die if I plant 'em direct.
I have some more seed, so maybe I'll just sow some direct too - belt & braces

You can sow and transplant leeks at any time of the year....just the longer you leave them the bigger they get and sometimes if they are left over two warm seasons they bolt.
