What treats can I give to my 10 week old ducks, just been and given my chickens their usual treats of vegs left over from dinner and the ducks where going mad but wasnt sure what they are allowed?

Oooh, maybe I need a couple of ducks then!  My chooks don't bother with slugs, and i seem to have had a pupulation explosion over the past couple of weeks

Got no slugs here, too dry 
No water in pond either!

our ducks get overripe cucumbers, pumpkins, any greens incl cabbage and lettuce but also weeds such as dandelions etc and any older sweet corn cut off the cobs, bread occasionally and slugs and grubs etc certainly.

Hi Thanks for your replies, but do you cook and chop the veg up first or can they manage?

I chop tomatoes but stuff like lettuce goes to them whole as it keeps them occupied for longer.

I was told that ducks like Marmite on toast but i tried it on ours and they just ignored it mind you was on brown bread maybe they prefer white! slugs and snails seem to be their favourite its like duck chewing gum
