crabble jelly

Having stripped all the fruit off the tree I set to make the jelly. Would it set - No it wouldn't so I reverted to my microwave method and zapped it a jar at a time. Lost a lot of quantity but I now have a brilliant set. Have added rose petals and orange flower water to some jars and  and lemon verbena leaves to others. Not only tastes good but smells gorgeous.
