Sabelpoot chick pics

I know some people (ahem *joyful*) have been waiting to see my baby Sabelpoots...

Of the 5 chicks which pipped, only 2 made it, and both had a traumatic hatching and had to be helped from thier shell (I think I need to double check the humidity in my incy, as the membranes were drying very quickly, even though humidity was 65%)

After a very dodgy 24 hours, they are both happy and cheeping away, and are in the brooder with my other 3 day old chicks.

love their feathered feet - do they walk like Charlie Chaplin yet? I had thought you had a lemon one but both now look the same colouring 

I had forgotton how dark my lemon millefleur poots were when they were young - here is one of mine at a week old - now they are five weeks old today
