Hi
 has anyone every made their own Candied Peel, I use so much it would be cost effective if I made my own, but can't find and instructions anywhere.

Wow, DD, You sure must use a lot of the stuff if it's cheaper for you to make it bearing in mind the w'rose recipe takes 5 hours of cooking and three days of drying! ::)
