 has anyone every made their own Candied Peel, I use so much it would be cost effective if I made my own, but can't find and instructions anywhere.

Wow, DD, You sure must use a lot of the stuff if it's cheaper for you to make it bearing in mind the w'rose recipe takes 5 hours of cooking and three days of drying!

Would you believe that I came in here to look for a candied peel recipe and there was one right at the top :happy:   Great minds think alike :happy:

Thanks so much, I have printed off all the instructions and will start tonight.

It may take time but lets hope its good. Will tell you how I get on.
