Very difficult to suggest what is wrong with your hen.  If she is getting on in age, 18 months to two years (depending on breed) she could be having egg production problems which are very often fatal as it causes peritonitis.

Keep giving the oyster shell and a little cod liver oil to held absorb the calcium.  (If she mainly eats layers pellets or mash then this is probably not the problem.)

Is she hot under her wings and sitting down hunched up ?  That would indicate an infection which may require antibiotic treatment.

Is her crop full of squishy liquid in the mornings ? Does the crop contents smell foul ? That would indicate sour crop which could also need an anti-fungal drug treatment and possibly crop flushing.

Make sure she gets plenty of water.  If you think she is suffering you have two choices, dispatch or have professional treatment.

Good luck and let us know how she goes.

just been out to check on her again, if she lays her soft egg she eats it so try and get there before, she seems a little happier today wolfed down the crumbs from some biscuites and walking about more not warm under wings droppings a little lose yellow and brown!!!!!! but she sometimes like that no sign of worms
