flubenvet shortage!!

Hi has anybody had a strugle getting hold of flubenvet? apparently there is a shortage from the suppliers at the moment and all you can get is it mixed with pellets. just thought i would let you all know so that if you are worming shortly you could get some in now. I got the info from chicken vet on fbook  andy46

It has been mentioned before.  There is somewhere online that still has it and our local suppliers had some in last week.

Are any of these near you as our local one has it in stock?   They also do the layers pellets with it already added.

I only read about it yesterday and was just an heads up for everyone.I got mine from happy chicks near blackpool i got layers pellets in a 5 kilo tub good price and post was very quick to try there. :)

this place is currently out of stock but seems a good price for when they do get some in - and free postage and packing  :)

Just a thought, on a chicken breeders website (not sure if I would be allowed to say which) they mention that you can use diatom earth as a wormer due to the fact that flubenvet is difficult to get.
Has anyone else heard of this?

It may be ok as a deterrent but will not be as good as a proper wormer! Beware :ohmy:
