Its a question ive read several times on the forum, but now its happened to me, and i cant find the info amongst the wealth of other info on the site.

Ive just picked up my eggs and one has dried yolk on its outside.  Do I need to worry?   or do anything like add something to the diet?

any ideas gratefully received

It's most certainly the yolk from another egg, which had already been eaten!!  Bless 'em!
