As I keep saying - both onions and garlic will be concentrating on putting down roots, rather than growing shoots, at this time of year.

I understand what you’re saying but when I put all these in I’ve got two rows showing tips of garlic coming out that’s what I meant but the others are not coming out thank you so much for your help

Are they all the same type?  If they are 2 different kinds, 1 lot might just be a bit slower to get going.  I've noticed that before.

That is a bit odd, but it doesn't mean you have lost them.  Give then a bit longer.  The only thing to do to check for sure is to dig one up and see if it has made roots, but you would have to find it and that might disturb the row too much.

If it has rotted, there is nothing you can do now.  The rest has grown OK so it isn't anything you have done.

I would wait and if nothing happens, buy some spring planting garlic in January/February when it appears in the shops and replace the rows that have failed.

I'm glad they've come through, we did tell you that they would be ok, didn't we  :D :D If you've ordered more you should end up with a bumper harvest this year  ;)
