wey hey hey everyone
just got back from work answerfone message alert, only local councillor to say ring him, just rang back and he said sorry for all the confusion my plot is mine the bee keepers are moving and to top it all he said that hes ordered 100 ton of prime top soil which i can have 15 ton of it to build up my plot to stop it from flooding. apparently some other plotters who new of "my good caracter" rang and complained so i feel humble elated and cant wait to go down tomorrow to put my bridgeford flag in. just to say thanks for all your comments and support it certainly paid off.  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

Now you've only got to worry about the slugs!
Good luck!
