Picking your nose and eating it boosts your immune system according to a new book by an expert in this field, Matt Richtel. Must be correct as Tuesday's Times devoted two full pages to it. The ultimate healthy recycling.

As it was published a while ago and only reviewed in Tuesday's Times, it was well early for April Fool's Day.
The basis of the book seems to be that the human body contains more bacteria cells than normal human body cells and these bacteria cells are vital in developing our natural immunity
