Hiya Frodo can't help you I'm afraid, just wanted to say welcome  :D

You might want to pop a post in the "welcome" section just to introduce yourself, not compulsory just we are nosey

temp will need to be at 37.5 and 50% humidity.
how long have they been in there and what are your readings.
how often and how are turning them

what about humidity? have you put luke warm water into it? do you have a humidity meter or hygro-thermometer?

did you let it run for 24 hours before setting the eggs?

Hi, I've got the next size up from you, get the thermometer reading as close to the central red line as possible, I found it varies quite alot with the room temperature. Yes, the light will switch on and off constantly.
Put tepid water in the base of the unit and top it up every three days, turn the eggs three times a day. At day 18 stop turning the eggs and fill the base up with more water, then leave the lid on and hope they hatch.

If you get keen you might want to buy a proper thermometer and hydrometer (?) moisture measuring thingy. Oh and you might want to buy the book incubation, hatching and rearing by Katie Thear I found it very helpful.

Good luck
