Ok Munty,  lightly oil your salmon, wrap in foil, place on a baking tray along with chopped up red pepper courgettes, onions and tomatoes and bake at 200 for aprox 25 mins, then serve with soy sauce and lemon juice, yum yum. Enjoy. Dont forget if you are treating Mrs Muntjac you will have to do the washing up as well as the cooking. x.
