simply for me, touch of olive oil, knob of butter pan fried lightly seasoned. maybe push the boat and do some hollandaise sauce.

In foil with a bit of lemon and butter?
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

8 salmon fillets, sliced
8 tomatoes peeled and thinly sliced
s&p
2 limes
bunch chives finely chopped
2oz melted butter
2tbsps white wine

Preheat oven to gas 7.  Sandwich salmon fillets with the tomato slices and season well.  Place each salmon sandwich on a piece of foil.  Slice one lime into 8 pieces and juice the other.  Put 2 pieces of lime, some lime juice, melted butter, wine and chives on each sandwich.  Fold over foil to make a parcel allowing some space for the steam to circulate.  Make sure you get a good seal.  Place on baking sheet, not touching.  Bake for 12 minutes.
Cheese makes everything better.
