Morning all, up early before the alarm had time to wake me, after a night of waking every 2hours or so. Now to get ready for a busy day at work, the joys of 2 year olds :D

The wind (weather not tummy) woke me up just before 6 this morning - so before the heating came on  ::) it's blowing a hoolie out there, which I wasn't expecting obviously wasn't paying attention to the weather forecast yesterday.

Oh well 2nd cup of tea in hand and under the throw, til everything warms up

We are now covered in snow again after our beautiful, sunny and warm day yesterday. Ah well, it was nice while it lasted. :)

Morning all. Been awake since 4 listening to radio 5 and listening to the wind outside.

Planned on staying put but builders arrived early to finish plastering the back wall.  Oh well the end is in sight.

We're basically in a cloud here in Newhaven.

Oh and it's 0229 in the morning and I'm still awake, watching my way through House season 8  :)

Jrko  I used to go fishing off a timber pier 25 - 30 years ago at Newhaven with my mate VK.

I've frozen my butt off many a night there,  I'm guessing the timber pier has gone now looking using Google maps.

I am by no means a morning person but I find a certain calmness in the quiet of the "it's so late it's turning into morning" time.  And for some strange reason there are nights when I am wide awake and only start to drift off when the birds begin singing. Which would explain why my body is all confused during the winter when the birds are gone!

How's that transition back from AZ going jrko? If I misattributed circumstance with poster I blame it on lack of sleep lol.

Anyway, hope everyone has a good one!

I'm a community nursery nurse,I work as part of a health visiting team. I work part time  thankfully, I don't think I could stand the directives, targets & office politics full time.
