Then, either Trill's advise or frequent hoeing, CG does not like that. If both are strenuous, Roundup def. does not kill woody things, wait till dormancy of crop, when the grass is growing.

I did not realize it killed grass, mind. :lol:

It did not kill the ivy or the holly I sprayed, that's for certain.

Just this evening Gobs, we're looking at our five year plan, and just maybe will drop one half plot, because there's only two of us, and Mrs G is tiny, so we've had this serious discussion only half an hour ago!

You're the first to know! I agree that we will wait until dormancy, and hope it works!

You only have to look at some of my previous posts to see how much couch we've hoiked out, and even yesterday, there was half a barrow load from a short row of spuds!

add more washing up liquid ! then it's a fertiliser  ;)
