Yup....time for another batch of Rhubarb wine...it was the 2nd week of May last year when I made 25 liters. We've had a couple of bottles over this weekend and it's a nice drink.
We're lucky as we can have loads of the stuff from the Manor house in the village, so yesterday we pulled what we needed to make 25 lts.
We now have two of these frozen blocks ready to start again.






This is a photo of last years brew...I hit about 1082 on the hydrometer to start with...it finished out at bang on 1000...which is a tad dry for us both so this year I intend to stop it at around 1010....fingers crossed.
