Came back early from work at 12.30 to find our Barred Rock had laid us her first egg Well first for us anyway, it was quite big, weighing in at 2.5 ounces Much bigger than Hen's at 2.0 ounces and Pecky;s at 2.2 ounces. A couple of people have noticed she is a slightly bigger bird and I wonder if she will continue growing
