Fruit in containers

Would love some fruit trees in my very small garden but they would need to be in containers and we dont have great weather, does anyone know of any good fruits to grow?

Bush fruits like currants and gooseberries are excellent in containers, as are blueberries. Very dwarf fruit trees will grow in larger pots as well. Be prepared to water them on a regular basis though due to their confinement.

We have blueberries in pots and had quite a few last year.....may not be too many this year as the puppy has "pruned" them rather severely. :( Strawberries also grow OK but only on fresh plants. Got an apple tree to grow in a pot for Valentines Day, so will see how that goes. :) Loganberry also did quite well...too well, had to put it in the garden. The grape vine had four bunches on last year, it's been in the pot for three years. :)
