Broad beans; (shelled) melt some butter with half a cup of water in a thick bottomed pan, layer  cooked basmati rice followed by a good hand full on beans  along with a covering of dill weed. do several layers of this till all the rice and beans are used add some saffron that has been soaking in a little hot water pop a lid on top and steam for around half an hour serve with fish or lamb slowly stewed in stock and onions S/P add a knob of butter to the rice once you've dished up and mix it in and Bobs your auntie... :tongue2: this is also good cold with salad. :happy:
