Spring fever?
« on: April 07, 2012, 14:23 »
Well done it now  ::)  Went to the plot to clear the rest of the old blackcurrant patch which was hard graft but now done  :D  Flushed with success, started digging over the last bits of ground where the winter crops of PSB and kale are gracefully bolting  ::)  Done way too much and now slumped on the sofa wondering why my legs won't work

How come we are all so good at advising newbies to take it steady and other sage wise pearls of wisdom, then break all our own rules once let out to play  ::)  Or is it just me  ;)

i couldn't wait for spring and got really excited, bought seeds, compost but i had to hold back the excitment. i usually become impatient and keep looking at the seeds in the trays to see if they have germinated - just can't help it

Mm, sounds familiar.

After a day of activity I have just sat down and find my legs and back ache rather a lot.  In addition my face feels rather warm, I don't remember there being any sun today, but there must have been some.  Perhaps it's just the fresh air!
