Philadelphus Belle Etoile

I'm thinking of buying one of these, and just wondered..........do they really have the pink patch in the throat, and look as pretty as  this
and is it strongly perfumed?
I've always grown the ordinary double one in the past, so opinions gratefully received 

Never had one myself, but I echo what has been said.
