I have lots of these little bugs all over my choisya.  No idea what they are so not sure what to do.
They are small- about 4mm by 3mm Have tried g@@gle but it seems choisya are problem free!!
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

Looks like the best way to deal with it is to cut back now and forego the flowers this year. I have 2 affected plants so I will be busy this weekend!
