I have a regular English cucumber plant in a pot which I've brought into my newly fixed, small, unheated greenhouse. Since inside it's grown like crazy, about 3 feet tall with big leaves, and now has over a dozen babies of various sizes, but I'm worried as the weather gets cool there won't be enough warmth to support them all growing to full size. Will it work if I pinch some back? I don't need a big harvest since I'm the only one here who eats them!

the plant itself will drop any it can't grow.

If thinning them yourself, take off some of varying sizes so, hopefully, they don't all ripen at once
