Likewise - they seem keen to eat pretty much anything (although not the obvious rhubarb leaves etc etc)  Had an interesting result with beetroot tops last year - the yolks had a pinkish ring around them - very novel....

I will extract them from the compost bin , I would not feed rhubarb (wish the page had spell check it still looks wrong) but why not

My hens love rhubarb leaves, if they can get to they will strip the rhubarb plant of all its leaves with no ill effects at all.

some of mine love parsnip, some aren't bothered.. Its really all up to the chicken! I'm really tempted to give them beetroot and see what the eggs are like for an experiment

i use trial and error . All scraps i have get tossed in the chicken run and nothing has been left as atleast one of my girls will like it . i draw the line at curry though
