Popcorn treats

Hi,

I bought some pop corn treats from the pet shop. They are corn which goes into the micro wave to pop into popcorn. It says it can be given to small animals.

Can i give this to my girls?

sort of related................you know the baked whole corn cob that you can get then hamster and Guinea pigs etc can they have that?? 

I ask as the local pet shop had some being sold in the bird section so i bought some but then thought i remembered something about corn having to be cracked for them.
