That's good news DBG, although judging by the weather here today I think Mrs Bee might be right.

YAY!!
I don't mind! :D

Cramp is horrible. I get it loads and it is nasty to watch the toes curl up on their own.

I got it terribly when I was potting up tomatoes last year; from ankle to hip. It was agony. I was screaming but couldn't move or get up to alleviate the pain. It was worse than childbirth.

Mr Bee watched helplessly as he tried to help me up while I screamed at him not to touch me. :(

You have my sympathy DBG. But I hope you are now cosy as the weather has changed for the worst today.

Ooops sorry DBG, didn't mean to laugh at the cramp   I am also a sufferer and it ain't funny, especially when the pain can linger for days. It was the irony of being too hot. Hope you are now used to the warmth.

I really should take the time to let things sink in before replying. :(

I was! I've been moaning the bedroom is too cold in the morning so himself started to go down and stoke the fire so much I had to get rid of the duvet. I had to tell him to keep an eye on the wood, bless him.

I sometimes get bad cramps if I have to take my asthma reliever - and I find that eating a banana really helps.  :)

Banana??!  ???

I get horrendous cramps as a result of all the specialists faffing round with my back and none of them have been able to suggest anything for it.  I like bananas too.  :D

My cramps have always been in my foot and calf and have normally followed a period of overindulgence ::)

This is new though - it's down the front of my thigh and I struggle to stand. I don't get the residual pain in that muscle (like I had in the calf for a day  or two after.
I am wondering whether its' exercise related??

Not that I'm stopping any of my lovely classes :D ;)
