Hi do you cut cauliflower or pull them up to harvest? cheers Neil

I pull up the whole plant and then cut the Curd off.

If you find two or three maturing at the same time, dig them up and put in a bucket. I use the black plastic cut flower buckets. Remove the largest leaves and fold over the rest to protect the curd. Water well  and they should keep.
